設(shè)備安全操作注意事項(xiàng)：

Precautions for safe operation of equipment:

鋼筋剝肋滾絲機(jī)在使用過程中應(yīng)注意以下安全事項(xiàng)：

The following safety precautions shall be paid attention to during the use of the rib stripping and rolling machine:

1、施工人員必須進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，經(jīng)考核合格后方可持證上崗操作。

1. Construction personnel must be provided with technical training and can only work with certificate after passing the examination.

2、設(shè)備電源必須有漏電保護(hù)裝置；本機(jī)必須有可靠的接地操作，防止漏電傷人；設(shè)備停用后應(yīng)切斷設(shè)備電源。

2. The power supply of the equipment must have leakage protection device; the machine must have reliable grounding operation to prevent the leakage from hurting people; the power supply of the equipment shall be cut off after the equipment is out of service.

3、滾絲頭滾到前限位后不停機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)立即切斷電源，不要用手去阻止?jié)L絲頭轉(zhuǎn)動。

3. The power supply shall be cut off immediately when the rolling head does not stop after rolling to the front limit position. Do not use hands to prevent the rolling head from rotating.

4、滾絲頭在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中手不得觸摸任何轉(zhuǎn)動部件，如：滾絲頭、脹刀觸頭等。

4. The rolling head shall not touch any rotating parts during operation, such as the rolling head, expanding knife contact, etc.

5、設(shè)備維修必須有專門人員進(jìn)行，不得私自進(jìn)行維修，改裝。

5. The equipment maintenance must be carried out by special personnel, and it is not allowed to carry out maintenance or modification without permission.

6、設(shè)備在接通電源后不得用手觸摸任何帶電電器件，以防觸電。不得讓水等具有導(dǎo)電能力的物質(zhì)進(jìn)行電器箱。

6. After the equipment is connected to the power supply, it is not allowed to touch any live electrical parts by hand to prevent electric shock. Do not allow water and other conductive materials to carry on the electrical box.
